Cervical screening aims to reduce the risk of cervical cancer through the detection and treatment of high grade CIN. The management of women with CIN 1 is controversial and while CIN 2 is usually treated in the same manner as CIN3 - there is increasing interest in this condition with questions being asked about whether some CIN2 lesions can be treated conservatively. This presentation looks at some of these issues.
