The BSCCP audit criteria for 2021-2024 remains unchanged.
The minimum caseload is 50 NEW colposcopy cases in a continuous 12 month period in the preceding 3 years at the time of submission.
In exceptional circumstances a colposcopist who is unable to see the number of new patients required by 1st September 2021, can be granted provisional reaccreditation until 1st September 2022.
After this date the name of the colposcopist will no longer appear on the register of accredited colposcopists.
I have tried to enter my audit details but it says error, enter dates between 01/09/2018 and 01/09/2021.
The audit start date must be at least 12 months prior to the date of submission as the system will calculate the 12 month period from this date.

You must have attended at least one BSCCP recognised intermediate/advanced postgraduate meeting, or alternatively a BSCCP Annual Scientific Meeting, in the preceding 3 years at the time of submission.

In exceptional circumstances a colposcopist who has failed to attend a recognised meeting within the preceding 3 years can be granted provisional reaccreditation upon a certificate of attendance at an appropriate recognised meeting being submitted by 1st of September 2022.
After this date the named colposcopist will no longer appear on the register of accredited colposcopists.
You will have received your certificate of attendance at the Annual Scientific Meeting via email. Requests for copies of certificates should be Emailed to email@example.com.
The option to recertify as a trainer will be available in your BSCCP account when the colposcopy reaccreditation process has been completed and the certificate is in your account.
