Cancer knowledge and understanding among black women

This study looks at the knowledge and attitudes towards cancer risk and screening and finds some interesting variation between ethnic groups of women in South London

There are many barriers to screening - practical emotional and belief based this video looks at some of these issues in a group of black women in London to try and tease out the complex interaction between knowledge and screening behaviour. The more we ask the less we understand seems to be the conclusion but some interesting areas for follow up studies
