Conservative management of CIN2
In this talk Maria Kyrgiou reviews the evidence on how best to manage women with histologically proven CIN 2.
FInding the balance between conservative management and treatment is a challange for colposcopists particualrly when CIN 2 has been diagnosed. The evidence for possible helpful criteria including age, fertility status, HPV genotypes and newer moilecular markers and microbiomes is explored in this really useful review.
