The avoidance of over treatment is a continuing challenge for colposcopists. In this talk Jean Luc describes a three category risk management scoring system to select women for conservative management, ablative treatment or excision.
This is based on the number of quadrants, the age of the women, colposcopic features as well as the cytology and histology.
