The conservative management of CIN2 - is it an option?

In this talk Pikka Niemminen provides a view from Finland regarding controversial issue of what to do with women with CIN 2.

A review of evidence using Cochrane methodology and a literature review including follow up for at least three months. His conclusions are that there does seem to be a difference between CIN2 and CIN3. His conclusions were that active surveillance of CIN2 might be justified in selected women and if compliance is not likely to be an issue.
